nice shot of a bit of history
It's Amarylis planting time. I have 5 blooming size bulbs, this is the oldest at 25 ish. An unnamed red.

It's a balmy 27 F here with bright sun. We may get an inch or two tomorrow but no brutal cold is expected.
The Old Farmers Almanac may have been right about central US having a colder than normal winter.
I love how you are photographing your possessions and common things around the house for this challenge :)

Mother Nature is such a wonder. When she wants to, she can cram more beauty into a given area than a human would ever conceive. You have caught a microcosm of the entire area in one spot. 5
