I'll be interested to hear about the different screen names. Mine is pretty obvious, right? Not very imaginative was I? ;->

Mine is easy, too. My middle name (I never use my first) and last initial.

I wanted to know what Nancy meant ;)

I was given the nickname bigcity from a friend in college years ago. As I recall it didn't really even have to do with me coming from a small town and moving to a larger town. My favorite blues artist is Jimmy Reed and he had a song Called 'Bright lights, Big city' , so that fits in well too.

well GTO you solved the mistery LOL And from the looks of it a green thumb you do have
Mine is real easy .When i 1st got on the net and KNEW nothing about it and was in a fibro chat room and became really good friends with a gal and started to talk on messanger and she had 5 friends maned Sue and such so i became Suzyne being from Nebraska and all
She really wanted me to be SuzyQ because of my personality but she had a SuzyQ 1 & a 2
LOL so this has always stuck i never change it or i would get really confussed lol

Pink peonies are my FAVORITE flowers.
I miss my grandparents' gardens and all the free peonies ...
(Watching the ants was always fun too!)

Here in Houston a single bloom cost FIVE DOLLARS!!!!!
A sale is six for $25!???

I wrote an adventure story for our youngest children some years ago based on the central characters finding an ancient map. it was one of those ongoing bedtime story things that just grew and grew, with us all adding different bits each time. Anyway, on the map, and in actuality about 10 miles away from where we live (Which happens to be on the very edge of the Dartmoor National Park) there was a mystical place noted only on the map as "There Be Dragons" TBDragons became the nickname of the story. It was also about the time I started using the internet. Having used up most of my creativity on the stories, plus I liked it anyway, it became my screen name. I have used several variations for obvious reasons, but it remains my main, and my favourite.

I used Eskdale here after Eskdale in Yorkshire. It was one of the house colors at school. I also use Kildale in a couple of forums, the same thing except I was in the Kildale house which was blue. The one I use the most and is the main part of my websites, is Dereila. I stopped using it in forums as google picks it up along with my web sites. First part of my name Der and the last part of my wifes, eila.

This has been wonderfully interesting reading; and, cleared up some "wondering" on my part.
As for "Kiska", it's an Island at the end of the Aleutian Chain here in Alaska. It was the name given to one of our Husky's years ago. She was a sweet dog and so I took her name for an online name.

Well Gjermund is my rl first name, and Lingås beeing my surname. Use "Gjeli" most of time in other forums/games/chatting programs.

I listend to the raido where they told that if you take the 3 first letter in your firstname, and the first 2 in your surname you would have your star wars name. Its abit childish, and I have been using it for like 6/7 years. However I like the sound of it when its pronounced, so I have kept it :).
