Sunrises, Sunsets, Cloud formations, Ligntning and Rainbows

Hey -- has anyone out there had good experiences with photography of rainbows, lightning etc

I have an 'after the storm' cloud pic. It was late in the day after the monsoons of Spring '06. Blue sky was welcome, the departing clouds looked angry to leave.
