The w i d e r the better! Everyone has seen many of Colorado's high alpine environment from horizon to horizon, now time to see more of the rest of the globe at this most colorful season for the upper latitudes and those of us who hang out at elevations a fair amount above sea level.
One "new" landscape per day, and if it comes from your library, it'll be new enough for us all to enjoy
Here to start our Challenge Week is Mt. Bross & Mt. Lincoln (both Colorado 14'rs), this shot taken from Windy Ridge (Home of the Ancient Bristlecones) at el. 11,400'
I'll start with a shot of the red sandstone cliffs and sea caves of St. Martins, New Brunswick at low tide. Carved by the giant tides of the Bay of Fundy, time didn't allow for a full exploration of the site. For perspective you can just barely see a person in the cave entrance. I know this landscape shot is not particularly w i d e, but I'll try to do better on the upcoming days. I wanted to be sure to include the very rocky beach in this pic.

TW, this is awesome, you can see the horizontal sediment layers in the rocks that were pushed up some millions of years ago (one of my minors was Geology...LOL)
gorgeous! I love your creek shots! Great pov here, and I love those snow-covered, leaning trees! The filter emphasizes the edges to give this a crisp look!
