high heat warnings here again set another record for the day yesterday 114 hot hot july and august so far is the same ..keep cool folks if you can .im trying lol.

have had the air conditioning on no n stop here for six weeks been a hot may after a lovely spring for us .usually we go right from winter our winter lol .to summer temps but this year we actually had a nice spring for a few weeks lol now its the triple digits til mid oct .probrably..maybe beginning of oct lol.you all have a safe happy summer

We broke all all time high temp record with 93 degrees today, 3 above the old record.
To top it off I have a water line pin hole so the water is shut off unless I really need it. Living on well water in New England has it's problems. The water is very hard and eats away the copper plumbing causing tiny pin holes. It's been over a year since the last one, my luck ran out last night.
The plumber is expected tomorrow afternoon.

It was so cold yesterday! I had to shut in my neighbor's chickens and plug in their electric fence that surrounds the chicken house because it's bear season. Haven't seen any yet- bears, but I expect they might come after my one bird feeder I still have out. All I've see so far is turkeys. Hope you had a nice Easter.

We had plenty of cold rain yesterday and a few huge snow flakes. All the transplanting I did Friday is well watered.
Deb, I noticed the Daily Pics thread on Daves Garden is into page 99. Still going after almost 3 years.

dropped into the fifties cold for phoenix in april had storms all day yesterday been a crazy week for weather here .snowed in flagstaff also that is north of phoenix .today is supposed to be up in the seventies for later down to 55 degrees overnight low .have a happy EASTER

Dull gray again today! We've had clouds and drizzle all week. Waiting for t-storms today. We need the rain as we still have drought conditions, but I'm hoping for a little sun this week to bring out the spring colors and fauna. :)

I noticed when I checked in at DG a few days ago that DailyPics is still humming along! I can't keep up over there anymore, but I try to do a bit here and there.

The early DP members know that this site was inspired by a thread i started on DavesGarden years ago. It was my first 'community' thread in the photos section. It's up to page 98 now with an average of 150 posts per page. I think it's the longest running photo thread on the site.
I've started 4 community photo threads there, all were were in the top 10 as of yesterday.
I don't know, it struck me when I saw this.

beautiful weather for one week now here in the desert southwest .highest i saw was 88 do not think it hit ninety yet but it may have somewhere in the state ..a cooling trend is coming supposedly lows fifties for a low and highs in the upper seventies .if it happens it may stay in the eighties .although they say the cooling is coming .smile folks have a good day..when we have the 120 s you will be rubbing it in back to me .your photographs are gorgeous folks you bring pleasure to me just viewing them .ty for all your kindness
