Fresh Fish

Living near the coast is nice, having a neighbor who goes fishing is even better.
Mr. D helps a friend maintain his fishing speed boat. They go out often in summer, like way out.
Supper tonight is fresh cod caught yesterday 40 miles out, 300 deep deep. A baked potato and the first string beans from the garden make for good eating.

Keet, it was delicious. I ate a bit too much, though. He gave me 4 nice fillets, the rest is in the freezer. This was the second pack of cod after one each of flounder and haddock, all deep water.
