was back up to 106 yesterday i walked to much so my back was hurting badly last night .think ill rest today lol .have a fantastic day in whaterver you do ..hugs amy

had a little tiny shower last night some places of the city got drenched.big cumulus clouds everywhere thought we were really going to get it ..some places got a lot of rain .here light rain in the nineties ..have a good monday folks enjoy your day

cooled down a tad but then the monsoon humidity rose to forty five percent we cant take humidity over twenty percent lol. one big storm hit thursday night dumped two inches of rain here that is a copious amount for phx ..today clouds build again if we get rain or not the chance will be thrity percent lol..its always a hit or miss in monsoon season .have a good day folks

wheather is hot 103 to 114 clouds up north everyday but they do not get down this far to the city .so no precip.yet lol.traveled a lot this year unusual for me but home now for a while .will post pics from trips to the east and trips through arizona and nevada ..have a good day all and keep safe and cool

gm it is 90 degrees in phoenix at six am on july 2 2008 ...been very hot and have had two fires and one big chopper crash in flagstaff ..sad but true six dead and one critical..the one fire is almostout in phx and the other is up in a tiny town of crown king..you all be safe and enjoy the fourth i will be gone til sunday after tomorrow morning..love you all

good morning folks back home for a few days will leave again thursday.it is 111 here and fire s and helicoptor crash in the state .sad day seven died in it in flagstaff .so those that pray say a prayer for their families ..love ya and good to be back for a few days ..keep kool guys and dolls

gm folks been 110 to114 degreees depending on where you are in phoenix ..i saw 114 here yesterday very dry and.folks please hold all mail i will gone for twelve days ..and i will block mail tonight..thank you kindly have a great week and a half ...keep cool.

will be 110 today and 111 also this whole week will be hot ..lots of water and soaring temps no fires in arizona yet .california has 3000 evacuees ..and the floods in iowa are devastating .i feel so sad for all those folks any way HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO THE DADS ITS YOUR DAY ENJOY IT ..AMY PS SUNRISE THIS MORNING

It got too hot for me to play in the garden today.
Sarah got her walk early and I caged the tomatoes late. Two neighbors gave a home to a total of 9 surplus tomato plants (they really need to get in the ground.) a 6 pack of broccoli and another of Boc Choi.
One of my Praying Mantis egg cases has disappeared, the other is just sitting. The babies should have emerged by now.
Sitting in the shade on the patio I see a flurry of Cottonwood fluff go by. There is enough to build up in low spots and corners.
Amy, keep walking. I get almost as much out of walking as my dog. I see neighbors, some have planted my Dahlias, etc. Sarah gets to visit her Corgi buddy and growl at the nasty basset hound.

wheather is sunny and very warm today ...dry temps in the high nineties i thnk ..stay cool all ok .going for my walk now before it gets too hot .
