You need a cloning tool...photoshop and the like....I'm only just learning but getting the hang of it you clone something you want an area that you want to get rid of to look like an area you want to keep...so with this I cloned the sky to take out the wire and the tree to disguise the wire a best as possible...you have to choose an area thats as close in colour to where your going to clone otherwise you can see the difference have a look at water street....the bulb on the left was out in the original and it spoiled the look so I cloned one that was lit to light the one that was out...some peeps (my husband) think its cheating but if it makes a pic better then I think its poetic licence lol
