Aha! For the first time in months I have just succeeded in uploading three photographs in acceptable time. After months of measuring internet performance and complaining to my supplier, the main man has finally been here today and checked my aerial and my PC and agreed they're OK and in fact the problem is right in front of his transmitter, where a holly-bush has been interefering with the signal! How many members does this site have? 260-270 or thereabouts? There's zillions of people out there, but this fantastically small proportion here. Even so, you might expect that more than one of us has taken a photograph of the Golden Gate Bridge or the Eiffel Tour or a dog or a widget sprocket from a 1926 Austin, but what are the chances that while on our travels two of us from different parts actually 1) go into the same sweet shop AND 2) WHILE THERE EVEN TAKE A PHOTOGRAPH?!
