Very nice fleeting vision. You caught it just in time before the damage became apparent. Looks like it was sprinkled with fairy dust.

Love the angle and the medium dof - preserves the depth of the entire plant.

Good angle and nice catch.

This is a tough angle because of the blossom sticking towards the camera - makes for a focal depth that is deeper than the dof of the lens setting. Other than that, quite nice.

Nice simplicity. Wonderful monochrome treatment.

Very nicely composed. You're getting a nice handle on the glare too. Great job.

Nice one! Good colors and great support for the bridge as the main focus. 5

Love Ermintrude's curiosity. Holsteins tend to show more personality than some of the other breeds. Great shot.

Actually, although the label has faded and the bottle now has a big chunk missing, it was a beer bottle!

About the Carousel Museum, yeah, I know how you feel about your Dad. I miss mine too. But I think you've inspired me to go there soon. Maybe next week. Thanks.

You were born in Buffalo? How long did you live there? I was born not far from there, about an hour south, in Olean. Do you know it? My dad still lives there, in my childhood home :)

Thanks Paul! GTO- it's supposedly hardy but this is at least my third attempt to overwinter it in the ground. I love it enough to keep trying though:)
