This hibiscus plant in our yard has the biggest flowers I have ever seen - 14"-16", as big a a dinner plate! Even at the end of its one day life the flower is graceful and lovely.

Beautiful old school. I think it is a shame that the money isn't put into fixing and bringing ones like this one up to code rather than building new, sterile feeling schools - those have no personality.
I'm currently living in MO but long for the tropics. I have been out of photography for years and am enjoying seeing all of the wonderful pics on the Dailies. I'm staying busy by working on my private pilot certificate and, when grounded by weather, around the homestead.

hi robin yes they where done on a digital camera,with an IR filter.i use a fuji s9500 a tripod because of the long shutter speeds,take 3 different exp -1 0 +1 then merge them in photomatix.the filters i use are hoya.hope this was helpful robin.if you need any more info let me know.paul
